TATTING is a form of lacemaking, which is essentially a series of lark's head knots tied in a row or (sennet). A tattigg shuttle is not required for this project because each length of cord is fairly short to cover each ring. A magnetic clasp provides a nice "hidden" closure for this funky 6 os style bracelet.

MATERIALS & SUPPLIES
Metallic yarn. any type. 2 yards per ring
Wrights Boye.Cabone Rings. five size 1.5 inch. or similar plastic rings
Magnetic clasp, any type or size
Crochet hook, any size
Handsewing needle
Quilting or button thread Fabric glue, any type
1. The yarn-covered rings on this bracelet consist of a series of lark's head knots, or sonnets. You'll need about 2 yards of yarn per ring. Attach yarn to a ring with a lark's head knot, leaving an 8-inch tail.
2. Starting with the long end (the working yarn), make a lark's head sennet knot.
3. Continue around the ring with the under, over sonnet pattern until the ring is covered. This photo shows the progression of the knots; notice the yarn is OVER the ring.
4. Make five rings (or the number that fits your wrist). When rings are covered, leave at least a 6-inch tail of yarn on each ring. Connect the covered rings by threading the tails from one ring through the knots of another with a small crochet hook.
5. Tie the ends of the cord with a square knot to secure. Clip off the ends and seal with fabric glue.
6. Using a needle and quilting or button thread, stitch a magnetic clasp to each end of the bracelet.
